Everything was really good, thoughtful staff, excellent location just next door to a business district, old Sears tower, and many sites, including the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Had a soundproof queen room, which allowed us to enjoy great view of the financial district.

The hotel's location was central, just next door to downtown, Millennium Park, the theatre district, and several museums. the Queen room with a view of the business district had all the essentials needed. the coffee maker and fridges were a great advantage.
